So the Amateur project has been going for 6 months already. I know, right? Time flies.
Only 3 releases have ~10k downloads. Total 53 releases. ~59 episodes translated/released. Almost all releases use HQ raws.
I still do a lot of the things alone, yet without Folles this whole thing would've never popped off. I learned a lot, met people and got some exp.
We currently have ~5 people active from time to time, but nothing beats being unemployed.
I'm in the process of getting a job (finally) and would appreciate advice(or help) on how to make the team not dependent on me that much.

If you guys assumed that's hard, well, it's crazy hard. It requires immense dedication, time resouces and the services reusing his work never even hired him...
